Turkish Studies program within the European Center at University of Florida is to develop an ambitious interdisciplinary area-studies and language program that encourages students and the general public to increase their knowledge and understanding of Turkey and Turkish language, culture, history, society and politics. Although Turkish language has been taught at UF since 2002, the Turkish Studies Program was formally established within the Center for European Studies in Fall 2008.

Turkish Student Association at the University of Florida

The purpose of the Student Association is to Integrate the Turkish community here in Gainesville and to introduce UF students to Turkish Culture.
Activities: Forming a network betwen Turkish community and people who are interested in Turkish culture and Language.
