The Departments of Language and Culture Studies have some 75 members who are engaged in research in the field of language, culture and religion. The research of department is organized in five research programs: Language and globalization, Literature and visual art in the European public sphere, Religion and rituals, Ethics of care and Religion in the public sphere. The Department of Culture Studies purpose to continue already existing relationships and cooperation activities and at the same time establishing new relationships.
